HAMILTON Driver Training welcomes you to our website. We are a family run driving school established since 1996 providing driving instruction covering the areas of Bathgate, Livingston, South Queensferry, Kirkliston, Newbridge and Ratho in the West, and all areas of Edinburgh. We also have driving instructors covering Midlothian i.e. Bonnyrigg, Dalkeith, Gorebridge, Penicuik, and to the East of Edinburgh - Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Tranent, North Berwick, Haddington, Dunbar and surrounding areas. The proprietor, Alan Hamilton, is a grade 6 instructor, fleet and instructor trainer, and has been involved in training for 22 years. Our fully trained patient driving instructors provide all types of driving instruction and train pupils with either no experience or some experience to learn to drive. Nervous pupils welcome. We offer hourly driving lessons, intensive and semi intensive courses, refresher and confidence booster courses, Pass Plus courses, Advanced/Defensive driver training, Taxi-driver training, ADI driving instructor training, ADI Check test preparation re-training and Fleet driver training.
We will supply you with a very personalised, individual course to suit your needs. When calling our office, friendly staff will assist you and arrange your first lesson at a suitable date and time.
Our instructors will supply you with a progress chart and appointment card with terms of business on your first lesson. All you need is both parts of your provisional or full driving licence (photocard and paper counterpart).
Most of our instructors are available Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays are also available.
